Shipping and Return Policies

RETURN POLICY 

At So Mini Detailz, we aim to completely satisfy each of our customers. However, should you not be satisfied with the condition of the product you have received, you have 3 days to report any damages to be eligible for a store credit

We do not provide refunds or exchanges at this time. 

Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and are given a store credit for the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase.  All sale codes are valid only during the time of the sale.

STORE CREDITS

Store credits will be applied to your store account.  You must have a store account to receive your credit.  Please make sure you have created a store account before submitting a store credit request via email at sominidetailz@gmail.com. 

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed, printed, and shipped. Also, please allow an additional 3-5 for delivery. All shipments receive tracking-numbers and are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are issued via email, So Mini Detailz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (including labels not scanned by USPS). Please contact your local post office about missing packages.
